CB300: Starting Line

And they are off!

Will and the team have left the starting line and begun the race! Will's bib number is <number>. The dogs are doing great and are excited to race. From downtown Glennallen, Alaska, the team will run 73 miles to the first checkpoint, Point Lodge.

Below and in the rest of the updates are photos from the 2019 Copper Basin 300! We can't wait to share with you our adventures this year!

Fun fact time!

The Copper River is the 10th largest river in the United States by volume discharged and is 290 miles long!
Glennallen is the gateway to Wrangell St. Elias National Park, the largest National Park in the United States.

What's next?

The first checkpoint is Point Lodge, located on Lake Louise. It offers warmth and hot food, two things sorely missed on the trail!
